AI Room & Home Planner: LiDAR is an AI Home Planner 3D app for iPhone and iPad. It helps you scan rooms with LiDAR, create floor plans, measure in AR, visualize homes in 3D, place furniture, estimate renovation costs for planning, and explore AI room design ideas.

2. iPhone and iPad eligibility

You need a compatible iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later. 3D room scanning requires a LiDAR-equipped Pro model. By using the app you confirm you can agree to these terms.

3. App Store account and Apple

Downloads and payments go through the App Store. Apple’s terms apply to billing. Optional in-app purchases may be offered; current pricing is shown in the App Store, not invented here.

4. Your floor plans and room photos

You keep the rights to the rooms you scan, the photos you import, and the plans you create. You give us a limited license to process that content only to provide the features you asked for, including iCloud sync on your account.
